Anne-Claire Chêne
A French national, Anne-Claire had her first experience abroad
as a teenager, when she went to live in Norway for a year as an exchange student
with the YFU organization (Youth for Understanding). Upon her return, she pursued
her studies in languages and international tourism. In addition to her studies,
Anne-Claire became involved with YFU. She became familiar with Global’Ease
during one of the training sessions we offer to young people who participated
in the exchange program and are just returning.
Attending this training session enabled her to measure the impact a workshop
has on the success of an international experience. She then decided to become
fully involved in intercultural training. After an initial 6-month internship,
Anne-Claire joined Global’Ease team full-time. She facilitates monthly
sessions for the Expat’Ease program, in which she trains expatriates and
their families.
Fluent in English, German and Norwegian, Anne-Claire is the Training Coordinator
for the Global’Ease Network and takes care of our France-based clients.
