Carole Caille-Damy

After acquiring an MBA in France, she chose an international career path. Over the past 17 years, she held management positions in Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland where she acquired hands-on experience in multicultural relationships and the power of adaptability.

A certified coach from ICI Coaching since 2004, she brings to Global’Ease her talent for supporting individuals, teams and organisations in their transition processes. Her coaching and training approach can be expressed in the following words:
commitment, empathy, energy and method to increase awareness, help people in defining their project and go for it step by step. She works in French, Italian, Spanish and English.

In Zurich first and then in Barcelona since 2007, she participates for Global’Ease in different projects for international customers.
