Carolina Serrano Archimi

Carolina Serrano Archimi, 36, is a Spanish-Swiss national residing in the south of France since 1997, with more than ten years of professional experience in business international development and four years of consulting and training experience in change management, leadership and intercultural management. She speaks Spanish, French, English, and German.

As an international manager, she worked for 11 years in four different companies in four different countries in the food industry, the retail sector, the new technologies area and the training field.

As a professor, she has Master in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, Spain (1993), an MBA in Change Management (2002), and an MPhil in Research (2005) from IAE in Aix-en-Provence.

As a trainer and coach, she is a certified coach by CT© (Coach & Team) and has been a Global’Ease certified trainer since 2005. In addition to intercultural management, she is an expert in change management and leadership.
