Nathalie Kleinschmit

As a fourth generation expatriate, originally from Canada, of German nationality and married to a French man, it is no surprise that Nathalie chose a career in intercultural relations.

Her interest in the corporate world prompted her to direct her research toward multinationals and finding ways of developing their teams’ potential.

Nathalie founded Global’Ease in 1992. More than 10 000 managers from 90 different countries have participated in Global’Ease workshops, including MBA students from HEC and the IAE in Aix-en-Provence.

A member of SIETAR, Nathalie devotes a significant part of her time to research and course development. She is co-Author of "Roots and Wings, My Adventure Roadbook", a creative journal for expatriate children and a parents’ guide book. She is also the creator of the “Full Potential Company” concept, of the four-step internationalization process, of the “Borderless English” approach and of the “Global Model for International Presentations”.
She is responsible for training trainers who join the network and creating custom courses for our clients.
