Roland Luke

As a multilingual expatriate with a British-German background, originally from Cornwall, now based in Berlin, it is no surprise that Roland chose a career in intercultural communication and training.

His interest in language and international communication prompted him to found his company, now called Communication Services Roland Luke, in 1989, to support companies and individuals in this area.

Since 1995, Roland has led international teams of trainers, consultants and interpreters, providing solutions for clients which include multinational corporations, SMEs, universities and colleges.

A member of SIETAR, IATEFL-BESIG, DGSL and ELTABB, Roland devotes a significant part of his time to communication training, consulting and train the trainer activities, as well as to coaching and developing the teams he leads.

He has created language training programmes and communication training materials. Fluent in English, German and French, Roland is Global’Ease Team Leader Germany and takes care of our German-based clients.
