Thomas Krän

Thomas is a Swedish/American management consultant with a French family. With an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and a business degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and Business Administration, his understanding of international relations spans both personal and business areas.

In Europe, he held different marketing management (consumer goods) and business development positions for American multinational companies PLAYTEX and LEVI STRAUSS & CO, as well as Danish A.P. MØLLER before setting up an independent consulting firm,  FranceOuverture Conseil, in Paris.

Whether as a corporate manager or as a consultant, Thomas has taken on multiple business challenges: balancing customer service with bottom-line optimization, pursuing change as a constant force, and creating unity in teams with diverse backgrounds.

In a leading position on a major European Customer Service project, Thomas carried out large scale change management. He led many cross-functional and cross-cultural task forces and trained colleagues and co-workers in leadership, performance evaluation and diversity programs. He has implemented “Management by Objectives” in several companies.

This solid business background has strengthened Thomas’ commitment to building, training and empowering teams and maximizing the wealth of cultural diversity.
