Expansion abroad cannot be defined as a particular stage or a specific moment. It's a process, a journey made up of different stages.

For Global'Ease, the result of an international experience should be reaching "Full Potential": the possibility of making diversity a benefit for all. This predominant idea reflects our approach and the tools we are developing.

Intercultural consulting is often limited to a normative-comparative approach between two cultures and targets reducing the number of differences in order to reduce the problems that are linked to diversity.

Through our approach we don't consider diversity to be a source of problems to solve, but rather a source of talent and potential to optimize.

The approach, concepts and tools we develop therefore enable companies, teams and individuals to identify the talents within their diversity, to develop these talents and to draw the best from them.
