In 2001, Global'Ease was awarded the "Trophée de la Formation" in recognition of its approach on Mobility focusing on family.

This approach was developed from a simple realization: "A happy expatriate is an effective expatriate." The expatriate's professional effectiveness is directly related to his well-being and that of those around him. Our role is therefore to ensure that the tools he needs to drive his success are readily available to him.

Though some may say that the idea of full personal development is not quite realistic, we believe that this idea must become inherent to all mobility experiences. We thus commit ourselves in doing our best to enable each expatriate make the most of their international experience.

For each stage of the international assignment (from preparing for departure to adapting after re-entry), we examine the experiences of the expatriate, his family and friends as well as the team he is joining. We study the forms of stress that each person involved experiences during the different stages, as well as those that cause a decrease in effectivness on the part of the expatriate. Furthermore, we identify the needs in order to reduce this stress. We propose solutions and tools to fill the needs of the expatriate and those around him. These will enable them to once again feel a sense of well-being and consequently the expatriate, his loved ones and the company will all benefit from the richness that an international assignment can bring.

Below you will find a few examples of solutions and tools we have developed.
