Please help with Survey for NGO expatriates!

Alexa Kalde, is conducting a survey on the experience of NGO expatriates (both employees and volunteers). Most of the studies up until now have focused on corporate expatriates and the companies they work for. In giving expatriates from non governmental organizations a voice, Alexa hopes to deepen our understanding of their context and what they need to thrive on an international assignment.
