      1. What am I experiencing?
      2. What are my objectives?
      3. What are the gaps?
      4. What do I need to do to fill these gaps and solve the problem?

Aiming for Full Potential
The second case looks at enabling the individual take stock of their diverse cultural experiences and bring together the best of each one in a cohesive and powerful way.
The coach helps the individual to:

      1. Translate the notion of "Full Potential" into concrete and realistic
          goals
      2. Assess the situation in relation to the individual's objectives according
          to his/her experience and skills
      3. Analyze the gaps
      4. Design the individual's personal plan to reach the goals that have
          been set

Though coaching is often associated with problem solving, it is first and foremost a step which allows the individual to become the key to their success.
