How else I can begin a recap of what working with and for you over the past 30 years has meant? You invited me to "faire un petit bout de chemin ensemble"(share a little part of the way) on your personal and/or professional journeys, and I thank you for your trust.
With the launch of new e-learning and a website, Global'Ease has kept us busy in the present and focused on the future. Yet, this retrospection - digging through dusty programs, revisiting old programs, pulling up old files & photos - has been invigorating. It has reminded me of how much humanity, good will and optimism we shared as you prepared your companies and teams to realize your full global potential!
Have we lost it? I don't believe so! Perhaps the "insouciance" is gone. But as long as organizations depend on people to fuel their purpose and profit, connection is still the key to prosperity. We still have the road ahead, but for now, I invite you to discover, revisit and share some of the highlights of three decades of exploration & exchange.
In borderless friendship,
Nathalie (Nat) Kleinschmit
