Founder & Trainer
Born in Winnipeg, a German national and long-time Paris resident, it is not surprising that Nathalie has pursued a career in intercultural training! Her interest for business has led her to explore ways multinational companies can develop the potential of their teams worldwide. Her works include a four-step international process leading to the "Full Potential Company" profile, the “Borderless English” approach, the “Family-Friendly” approach to international mobility.
Nathalie founded Global'Ease in 1992 and has personally welcomed more than 20,000 participants from 90+ countries to her workshops. Her MBA (Change & Innovation, IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management) studies complement her extensive work in the field. Her understanding of how cultural identity, change management, design and systems thinking interconnect allows her to create - and deliver - powerful customized cultural change initiatives for organizations around the world.
